ALAN R. PEARLMAN FOUNDATION WELCOMES GERSON ROSENBLOOM TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Industry veteran adds vast skills and experience to a rapidly growing Foundation 

Gerson RosenblumSTONE RIDGE, NY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2020– The Alan R. Pearlman Foundation has announced the induction of Gerson Rosenbloom to its Board of Directors. 

Rosenbloom’s extensive experience in the musical instrument industry covers a variety of managerial and growth-oriented roles. He currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Management at Sweetwater Sound, one of the fastest growing and most successful online instrument retailers in the USA. He is also a columnist at Music Inc. Magazine, and founder of Spectrum Strategies consultancy firm. Rosenbloom’s previous industry roles include President of Medley Music Corp., Managing Director for Wechter Guitars, and Chairman of the Board at NAMM.

Pearlman Foundation,” said Rosenbloom. “Alan, his company, and the superb people with whom he was surrounded, all had a huge impact on the course of my career in the music products industry. The Foundation continues its work with contributors, collaborators, vendors, manufacturers, venues, and owners of rare original ARP synthesizers. Among their goals is the creation of installations where students can utilize ARP synthesizers as part of their music curriculum, and to explore the endless possibilities of electronic music.
